Watch: ‘Night at the Museum: Secret of the Tomb’ Trailer with ‘Downton Abbey’s’ Dan Stevens as Sir Lancelot

In Night at the Museum: Secret of the Tomb security guard, Larry Daley, played by Ben Stiller leaves New York and heads to work at London’s British Museum, along with his gang of after-hours animated museum exhibits including, Pharaoh Ahkmenrah (Rami Malek), Teddy Roosevelt (Robin Williams), Attila the Hun (Patrick Gallagher), Sacajawea (Mizuo Peck), Roman centurion Octavius (Steve Coogan) and Jedediah (Owen Wilson).

While in London, Sir Lancelot, Dan Stevens (Downton Abbey’s former Matthew Crawley), joins the crew along with Pharoah Ahkmenrah’s powerful father played by Ben Kingsley and Rebel Wilson as a UK security guard.

The film also features Ricky Gervais reprising his role as Dr. McPhee and Mickey Rooney, in his final screen appearance before his death, who shot scenes with fellow night security guards Dick Van Dyke and Bill Cobbs.

    This movie looks funny! I have enjoyed the other two Night at the Museum movies so I am sure we will be on board with this one too. p.s. Dan Stevens left Downton Abbey to be Sir Lancelot in Night at the Museum? Really?
